It was my interest in history and philosophy that guided my path into law. As a recent graduate, I am fascinated by all aspects of the law. When solving cases, this enables me to focus on the details without losing sight of the bigger picture.
Besides being precise and professional with my clients, I strive to be accessible and open. I like to explore not only “law in action”, but also “law in books”. I immerse myself in law as a system, where I try to find answers to fundamental questions about the nature of law itself. I concentrate on how law is structured logically and systematically, while also considering its ethical aspect and how it is linked to morality.
I am fluent in English.
In my work, I focus primarily on commercial and civil law, dispute resolution, debt collection, bankruptcy and enforcement law, corporate matters and transaction advice, administrative law and regulation, employment law, criminal law, and constitutional law.
In litigation, I mainly have experience of proceedings related to state liability for damage caused by unlawful decisions and maladministration.
Besides practicing law, the academic sphere is also integral to my work. I specialize in analytical jurisprudence, the relationship between ethics and law, and the normativity of law.
